The protagonists of these lands are the white grapes, also known as -The yellow gold of Collio<\\\/strong>-, which are born from the combination of soil, sun and wind, and which have very precise characteristics that unmistakably identify the territory. Collio, with its pedoclimatic variety and subsoil of sandstone marl<\\\/strong> of Eocene origin, is one of the best areas in Italy for the cultivation of white berry varieties. These wines are characterised by good aromaticity and olfactory complexity, body, structure, acidity and a mineral vein that makes them particularly recognisable, providing a wonderful balance of flavours and aromas.<\\\/p>\",\"css\":\".el-element{\\n color: #1b1b1b99;\\n}\",\"dropcap\":false,\"margin\":\"default\",\"text_align\":\"left\",\"text_align_breakpoint\":\"s\",\"text_align_fallback\":\"left\",\"text_style\":\"meta\"}}]}],\"props\":{\"class\":\"uk-hidden@l\",\"width\":\"default\"}},{\"type\":\"row\",\"children\":[{\"type\":\"column\",\"props\":{\"image_position\":\"center-center\",\"media_overlay_gradient\":\"\",\"position_sticky_breakpoint\":\"m\"},\"children\":[]}]}],\"name\":\"Vini\"},{\"type\":\"section\",\"props\":{\"css\":\"\\n\\n\\n\\n.uk-hidden\\\\@m.tm-grid-expand.uk-grid, .uk-hidden\\\\@s.tm-grid-expand.uk-grid, .tm-grid-expand.uk-grid{\\n margin: auto!important;\\n}\\n\",\"image_position\":\"center-center\",\"padding\":\"small\",\"padding_remove_bottom\":true,\"padding_remove_top\":true,\"style\":\"muted\",\"title_breakpoint\":\"xl\",\"title_position\":\"top-left\",\"title_rotation\":\"left\",\"vertical_align\":\"middle\",\"width\":\"default\"},\"children\":[{\"type\":\"row\",\"props\":{\"class\":\"uk-visible@xl\",\"layout\":\"3-5,2-5\",\"margin_remove_top\":false,\"padding_remove_horizontal\":false,\"width\":\"default\"},\"children\":[{\"type\":\"column\",\"props\":{\"css\":\".el-column{\\n width:55%;\\n padding: 0px;\\n}\\n.uk-position-cover{\\n border: solid 1px white;\\n box-shadow: -15px -15px 20px rgb(255 255 255 \\\/ 80%), 5px 5px 30px rgb(50 50 50 \\\/ 10%);\\n}\",\"image\":\"wp-content\\\/uploads\\\/2021\\\/12\\\/Venica_Motivo_4_line_ok_2-01.svg\",\"image_position\":\"center-center\",\"image_size\":\"cover\",\"media_background\":\"#968A00\",\"media_blend_mode\":\"luminosity\",\"media_overlay\":\"rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.94)\",\"media_overlay_gradient\":\"\",\"padding\":\"small\",\"position_sticky_breakpoint\":\"m\",\"width_medium\":\"3-5\"},\"children\":[{\"type\":\"text\",\"props\":{\"column_breakpoint\":\"m\",\"content\":\"\n\n
For our company, environmental sustainability<\\\/strong> is the starting point of a process that brings producers and consumers together, and that focuses attention on the uniqueness of each wine as an expression of individual production;
